There is a great event coming up, plan now to participate. It's September 1, 2007, The Rich Dellaca Pump and Run. the details are at http://www.rdpumpandrun.zoomshare.com/. The proceeds of this event will go toward schools that Rich either taught at or coached at and will aid financilly stressed athletes in reaching their goals. It will be held at Saydel High School.
